What: The Petersons, described by The New York Times as "a hipster theater mock-rock group with a devoted following," are the purveyors of a unique blend of live music and irreverent satire (a situation-rock-comedy, if you will). They're sort of like a live, late-night version of The Partridge Family, except they write their own songs and play their own music and they curse a lot more. In real life, The Petersons are Adam Stein, Keira Naughton, Pete Simpson, Rick Holmes, Matt Saldivar and Evan Robertson, and they come prepared with a completely new show and oftentimes a special guest for each performance.
